I see my habit of checking in has slid as usual, but Days 10-13 are mostly the same as before - trying to keep the weekly projects going, trying to get the big things done in time to send them off to beta before their deadlines. One of them seems a bit reluctant to want to go to an end, though.

On Day 13, I spent about three hours working on the novella. I edited, with significant changes, 30+ pages. I have twenty left to go, but they'll sustain the heaviest changes (I'm changing the literal focus of the climax), and my brain has refused to offer me further help, so I'm giving up for the evening.

13 Oct -- Drabble for the current Fan Flashworks challenge, failed to find any words for any of the Innumerable Stars pieces in progress.

I hope to get Apple Mother posted to Tolkien Short Fan Works, and today's drabble posted to FFWorks tomorrow. And something like actual progress toward finishing something for IS.

*hugs* Please don't worry, it's definitely not your, or any, timezone! I should be managing all right if I managed to pop in once a day, shouldn't I? ;o9 Most times it works, but I swear that in some months, like the current one, days are simply vanishing into the ether. It's just me failing again at establishing a working routine for my day, and time just evades me. But I'm managing to write at least a bit every day so I'm not complaining.

Edit to add: I can even report in for today already, as I've written a few lines in the morning, although the main writing will only happen later.
